can i use keyboard with that case?

I'm guessing you were talking about physically attaching a keyboard to the cover. I don't know of any keyboard that can do that. Most apple like Bluetooth keyboards will work. I Love This Case!

Is the back cover hard plastic ? or silicon like material?

Unfortunately it is the hard back and very slippery
