This stuff works great as a substitute for melatonin for a sleep aide. I think it works better than melatonin. And no side effects. I also take valerian root capsules at the same time to combat my insomnia from a ‘chatty mind’ when I need to settle down and sleep.

Great at putting you to sleep and keeping you there. But you do wake up groggy. Definitely do not use nightly or with melatonin if you have bad anxiety going to sleep as it may affect you.

The stuff is super effective. I feel the effects literally 10 minutes after taking. I feel like it is more calming, and the effects are more pronounced than lemon balm, valerian root, or skullcap. It stacks well with L theanine and is great for sleep as well as relaxation
