Texture softer than most block cheeses
I purchased this to go in a gift basket for Christmas wine wine, cheese, crackers, and other charcuterie like stuff. It came with so many, I was able to gift some, and kept two for my family. The flavor was really good, I like that they didn't need refrigerating until opening because of said gift basket. The texture is a bit softer compared to other block cheeses which took some getting used to but it was otherwise good

Really nice selection of cheeses. Great price. Used this for a wine and cheese basket for our school auction. The variety really added to the contents.

Do not buy
Blah. Tiny blocks of cheese for $50. We have only tried two of the seven cheeses. They were both chalky and not the texture we were expecting from actual cheese. I am hesitant to try the others. We have great memories of actual Wisconsin cheese. This is nothing like that experience or real cheese. Will never buy again.

Some were good, some not
The cheese blocks were abouut half the size of the grocey store block with a square profileSome of the chese had a low moisture & fat, so the texture was not great. Some were tasty & smooth. I generally liked the additional flavorings.The product is shelf stable for many weeks.
