I’ve only been taking these for 3 days now so my review will be off a short time frame. It If I remember I’ll try to update.First day didn’t notice anything really.Second I was urinating ALOT. I didn’t think it was a result of these but today I kind of do bc I don’t feel as bloated as I did for the last 2 weeks, I also got a migraine I think because of not drinking enough waterThird day I started my cycle and it’s usually a light crazy all over the place thing but today was heavy. I feel good today. I woke up ready to go without my ADHD medicine for the first time in a long time. I still urinated a lot today and increased my water intake. I do suggest taking these with something small to eat because it did make my stomach a little upset, but not bad or sore, just used the restroom a bit more.I honestly don’t notice the smell unless I put my nose in the bottle. I take these out the bottle and down them with water and never even smell them.I haven’t been sleeping well but I usually don’t with my adhd, hoping this helps but it may be too early for that.You get a lot for the price that’s why I bought these.
