I have bought 3 of these now. They work.I fist tried it on my chevy truck at 5 a.m. and had an issue with my car alarm horn going off. I had to take another vehicle do to alarm system. I then tried it on my daughters car and it worked great. I figured out to use this on some vehicles to prevent the alarm from going off the horn relay may need pulled to prevent the annoying alarm while trying to start your car. This worked like a charm.My son covinced me to get one when my little Suzuki Swift would not start at the gas pump when I later found out I had left my headlights own.After pushing away from the pumps, the gas station attendent brought out this massive charger to jump start my car. This has saved me! My battery started to die pretty regularly and I couldn't afford a new one but needed my car to run. So I got this jump starter and it has helped prolong the life of my car. I have used this for jump starting my car several times and it works well. But I would request to start including wall charger in the package itself, else using any other wall charger available in the house sometimes is not as per the specs and it damages the wall charger. Thanks!

I accidentally left my car in neutral with the parking break on, and even though I pressed the button to turn off my car, the battery was on all night 🤦‍♀️ Needless to say, the next morning, it was dead as a doorknob. I am not handsy with anything to do with cars at all and my apartment maintenance team did not have jumper cables so I was stuck.Ordered this kit on Amazon and it came in the same day. It was at a 75% charge when it came in but I still put it on charge for a few hours to let it get to 100%. The next morning I said a little prayer and went to go try to start my car. Let me stress that I don’t know anything about cars and I was worried I wouldn’t know where to plug the clamps.After reading the instruction manual and asking ChatGPT to walk me through it, I was sure I got the clamps on the correct screws on the battery. It really helps that the battery features a blue light when it’s ready to be used, and when you put the clamps on the battery, it turns green when it’s ready for the car to be started.With that in mind, I tried to start my car and it did make that dead battery sounding noise at first but didn’t start. I was a bit crestfallen so I stopped trying to start it. However, my car started making all the noises of a car that’s not started but has the keys inside and the dashboard lights lit up so that gave me hope. I waited about a minute and then tried starting the car again and voila, it purred to life with no problem. I was SO relieved.This is a tool that every woman should have in her car at all times and I am so glad that someone invented this.

So I was very pleased with this Jumpstarter AND the customer service as well. So my car recently had an issue where it needs to be jumped half of the time I go to use it, a dodge challenger. This jumper with the force start button would jump it instantly, I don't even need to wait for more than a few seconds.At some point though the charging port had an issue and wouldn't charge after I had it for a few months. I contacted their support & while I waited bought another competitors jumper since I need one to drive. This jumper I bought from another seller was MUCH worse. Only 1 jump would knock the battery down to 75% it would require multiple attempts because it'd turn red randomly & had to sit on there for MINUTES before itd work. This jumper here on the other hand can be used 10 plus times before it gets to 75% charge which is IMPORTANT if I need to turn my car off while I'm out.You can imagine how happily surprised I was when I found out the jumper from this seller (the much better one) was still under warranty. They were very quick & professional & I got the replacement jumper for free with free shipping within a week. I immediately returned the worse jumper I had got it in the mean time & now will always use this jumper. The force start is important because it makes the car start instantly with no waiting or trial and error. The worse jumper I used (the competitors) was actually MORE expensive and much worse. This jumper here is 5 stars because it works amazingly & if it has any issues they will replace it for free as long as it's still under the warranty period which is at least a year. Im very pleased with this jumper & won't be buying another one after the bad experience I had with it's competitors jumpers.

Holds it's charge for a longtime. Has saved me on a number of occasions. No need for jumper cables to get you going or some other poor stranded soul. Also is great to have during storm season and you lose power to your house-can charge your phone, light your path or run something basic for a sec. Just a really handy emergency device to have on hand when you need it. Definitely would recommend.
