I bought the Easyfone Udaan for my elderly parent, and it has been quite helpful for their daily use. The phone is simple to navigate, and the large buttons are a big plus. The emergency button provides peace of mind, and the battery life is impressive. However, the sound quality is better, and the build feels a lightweight. It’s a budget-friendly option Must go for it

The product was defective as it was not charging. I have requested replacement hoping that would work. Appreciate if the product is tested before delivery would effective.

Easy to use, no hassels.One of the best features is that it comes with a charging dock so no fear of the seniors putting the micro charger the wrong way in the mobile.Numbers are big and readable for seniors.SOS function is useful if properly set and explained to them.No nonsense, only calls type of phone.

Only thing I liked about the phone is the keypad and it is light weight. The speaker is noisy and the voice of the other party has too much of distortion. Battery is bad. Even though it is just a 2G phone, battery is dropping by 1.5 bar every day and full battery doesn't last even 3 days. Camera is of no use. The clarity is pathetic, not that I expected it to be good. But no point in having a camera in this phone The phone has come with Hindi as primary language. As I don't know Hindi and no one around knew Hindi, I had to spend almost half a day to change the language and set up the phone. Should have come with English as base language. There is much better phones at a lower price. Biggest problem I faced is, there is NO option to return the mobile. Only replacement is allowed. It was my mistake to not notice that.

The mobile was not accepting Sims (we tried 4 different sims). The replacement process is driving me NUTS! IThe replacement person came to my house and informed me that the IMEI number is not matching where the agent was taking the number from the Phone itself. The pack and the mobile were in tact with no tampering of the stickers and information in the them. I've already contacted the customer care 6 time; most of the time I end up chatting with totally RUDE personnel who are treating me unprofessionally.

Display is very bright easy to visible ,Functionality wise very good .Large button helps to type dial easily. Easy to hear,good sound quality. Good phone go for it.

While the phone is designed to be used by the elderly with so many features such as loud ringing volume, quick dial, big key pad, etc., the phone turned useless in my case as it doesn't have speaker phone and cannot be used by people with hearing problems, which are common with age.Secondly, the phone doesn't support 4G sim so I couldn't use Jio sim, the only one with good network in my area.
