My Wife & I had been going to a chiropractor for treatments and paying $150 each for our 8 to 10 minute treatmentswhich were working but then they want you to keep coming back so i told my Wife we should just buy one. We decided on this one and am VERY happy we did. Easy to set up and works as well as what they were using at chiropractor office or better!! you can adjust the intensity to what ever is comfortable for you. I have planter fasciitis and a bad knee from a motorcycle accident years ago after just a few treatments i noticed a huge improvement in both areas!!! My Wife has scoliosis surgery when she was 13 because her couverture was so bad but is still uneven when she walks she causes her Hip to bother her alot !! After a few treatments with this machine she has seen a huge improvement already !! So we are very pleased with this purchase!! Also Customer Service was wonderful to, i didn't quit understand a few things in the owners Manual so i gave them a call and they explained everything which made me much more relaxed using it.Can't say anything bad it was a great experience Equipment and Customer Service!!! Would recommend to anyone with aches or pains!!

We got this machine after my husband had similar treatments done at a Chiropractor's office. As he has ongoing issues, so we thought it would be cost effective to have something like this at home. After 3 treatments, he said he is really feeling better!! (which is about how long it normally took him at the doctors office to feel real relief! ) This seems to be a quality machine with a lot of settings and options. I can also say that customer service is GREAT, as I had to reach out with a question after purchase. They answered very promptly. Happy we made this purchase!

This machine is as effective as the one my podietrist used in office. Settings and adjusting them are easy and intuitive. I did have an issue that led to the machine not working after 8 months of use. I emailed the company and they responded in an hour. They worked through the issue with me and shipped a new handle which fixed the problem. I was only without a working machine for 3 days. Excellent customer service and a great product for the cost vs service at the doctors office.

This product is must buy item for homes for parents with toddlers. Me and my wife have been struggling with our elbow pains lifting our two toddlers and after using this shockwave twice, already seeing progress of our elbow feeling lot better.

I fell in September of 2024 and tore muscles in my shoulder and bysep. My chiropractor has been treating me with a soft wave machine and it has been helping but I was paying him $100 for a 5 minute treatment. So after losing $400 at the chiropractor. I starting thinking. What if I bought my own machine? I started searching on amazon and the internet for a machine I could afford and that was getting good reviews. So many had bad reviews but this one seemed different. I was nervous about making such a large purchase on the internet because I had never done that before. I ordered it than panic canceled twice. Well I finally just did it and I'm so glad I did. Although my chiropractor made the statement that the machines on amazon were not the same as his. To be honest the only thing I have experienced being different is the shape of theHandle. This machine works great with the same results as those $100 treatment. This is going to save me alot of money. Thank you so much for making this product available to the average person not just doctors. I love how this machine sets up exactly what you need at the press of a button.It has a touch screen with different parts of the body pictured on it. All I had to do is touch the body part. Botton that I was treating and it told me what head to use on the handle. Then it says told me the time that it should be used on that part of the body and it stops automatically when it finishes the amount of time. So if your in pain like I have been and your tired of running to doctors and waisting gas and time. You won't regret this purchase.Thanks again kim lapointe.

The replacement bullets provided did not fit. However, the seller contacted me and corrected the problem. Product support is good and the machine quality is excellent.

I purchased this machine to see if it would help with my chronic lower back pain. After just a few uses I could definitely tell the difference with much less chronic pain and significantly less discomfort even after exerting my back playing pickleball. I have expanded to use it on my upper shoulders now and it is definitely helping there as well. This shockwave therapy really does work ... at least it does for me! I will probably start using it on my calves next.The machine is easy to set up and very easy to use. I was up-and-running in under 10 minutes. The packaging was excellent and it arrived with no damage. I like that they include a couple of extra bullets and the cleaning brush as it is important to keep the unit clean on a regular basis.I did run into the same issue that some others have experienced with the handle having to be replaced. Lily at Customer Service was extremely helpful. I received the new handle in two days and she proactively followed-up to make sure I received it and that the unit was back to working as expected. So far the new handle has been working perfectly so I think I am past that issue now. Lily was also emphatic in reminding me that the machine comes with a one-year warranty. Hopefully I will not need any further help but it is nice to know this company is so responsive when you need them.Overall I highly recommend this machine. When I did my shopping for a shockwave machine I was impressed by the price/features/performance of this unit along with all the positive reviews from people who had purchased it. I am happy to also be getting good results and am glad I made this purchase.
