Is it a good gift for 11 yo girl that likes drawing?

Yes it is. I bought it for my 6 year old. The suitcase is convenient and neat. She is experimenting with acrylic so it’s a great starter art set for a budding artist. I like this better than the usual kid art set with crayons and watercolors. This set has a great balance. It has enough of everything I was looking for.

Is everything washable and not permanent? Looking to buy for a 4 year ild

Oh I'm not positive but I don't think so. I bought this for a 9 yr old. I'm sorry but ut does contain oil paint and paint pens so I would think it would be permanent and I think not so washable.
