Fits well. Good product.
Effective soft insole about 4mm thick that does occupy a little space in a fitted shoe.Arch support is hard plastic with a good 12mm lift

Good for deep shoes.
Very comfortable insoles which I am using in wellies. Most suitable for deep shoes or boots as they have depth and would take up a lot of room in normal or shallow shoes. Possibly require a size bigger shoe to accommodate these insoles.

Good Quality insoles
was a bit surprised at the size of the insoles on arrival as the ones I ordered were XS which I needed for my shoe size 4. On opening the package they seem really big , so although instruction says I can cut them to size. I am not sure if it is going to work as they are far too big for my shoes and will have to cut quite a bit from the insole to fit my shoes
