Stabilitrak and Traction Control
I bought a brake light switch for my 2011 GMC Sierra, and it’s working great. I didn’t have issues with the cruise control, but the Stabilitrak and traction control lights kept coming on while driving. At first, I was worried it could be a bigger issue, but after some research, I found out that a faulty brake light switch could be the cause. After watching one YouTube video and spending about 10 minutes on the fix, the problem was solved. Installation was super easy—just one 10 mm bolt, unplug the old switch, and plug in the new one. It’s a straightforward DIY job that saved me both time and money on a mechanic visit. The new switch fit perfectly and instantly cleared the warning lights. It’s been working flawlessly since then, and I haven’t seen the Stabilitrak or traction control lights come back on. If you’re dealing with similar warning lights on a GMC Sierra or a similar model, I highly recommend this brand. It works perfectly and saved me a lot of hassle. It’s a simple fix that can prevent a lot of unnecessary stress and expensive diagnostics.

Resolved Multiple Dashboard Errors - Highly Recommend!
Before replacing this brake light switch, my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali's dashboard resembled the Las Vegas strip with constant ABS, traction control, stability track, and other system error messages. The shifter lock was stubborn, and cruise control acted up randomly. After learning this part commonly fails and affects multiple systems, I decided to replace it. Swapping out was straightforward, and instantly, all those pesky error codes disappeared. If you're experiencing similar issues, don't hesitate—this part is likely the culprit. Kudos to this seller for lightning-fast delivery!

Fixed my cruise control!
Easily installed with just a socket to remove the bolt and flathead screwdriver to pry the clip loose. I installed, immediately drove to the highway, got up to speed, and was amazed that my defunct cruise control had magically began to work perfectly again. I wish every repair was as cheap and simple as this one was. I got off easy for twenty bucks, and I'll take that any day over being at the mercy of the Chevy STEALership.

Switch works perfectly!
My 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT's dreaded ABS came on. I scanned the code and this part was recommended. The installation was very easy, and being a genuine GM part it works flawlessly. I am very pleased.

Fantastic! This little guy fixed three problems for less than $20.
The cruise wasn't working on my 2011 Silverado. Then I started to get an error code for my traction control. Once I realized that both systems ran through the brake switch it was a pretty easy decision to spend the little money that this cost to try and fix both issues. Getting into position to be able to work on it was my biggest issue. This switch is located up under the dash, attached to the brake lever. There's a metal clip that holds it to the shaft that was a pain to get off, mostly due to the limited space, but it's kind tricky regardless. Once that was off it was a piece of cake. Cruise control is now working great and I have no more error codes. Thanks for a great part at a great price! There are several YouTube videos out there about this issue.

Perfect Part to fix cruise control
Cruise control out (and not a blown fuse), this is the answer. One YouTube video and 10 minutes later, cruise control is fixed. It's 1 10 mm bolt, unplug old and plug in new. Buy this brand and save yourself any hassle. It works perfectly. 2007 Chevy Tahoe LT
