It's a boss - buy it!
This steamer is impressive. I just received it today and decided to try it out on some blouses. I purchased the blouses from Amazon and they came shrink wrapped with a million creases and fold lines. I tried washing and drying, using wrinkle releaser, my old steamer and nothing removed the creases. I thought I was stuck with three blouses I would never be able to wear. I had been thinking about a new steamer for a while, but kept reading that the one I had was the top rated. I did a little more digging and discovered that in some of the trials, the Chi actually squeezed out the highly ranked Conair. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. It removed every fold line, crease, and wrinkle and now I have three new blouses that I love. I will update if something changes my mind, but for now if you are looking for a steamer you won't go wrong with this one.

good product, better than most other steamers
I had one of those old Whirlpool vertical steamers that you zippered shut and walked away that was awesome, but it finally gave up the ghost. Anyone from Whirlpool reading this, bring that back please. I needed something so landed on this based on some other reviews. The instructions say this thing heats up and is ready to go in 12 seconds. Ok, whatever, I'm sure it's more like 30. Nope, they aren't lying. The red light will blink for about 10 seconds and she's ready to work. Pull the trigger button, let her gurgle for a second and you will have plentiful steam for about 30 minutes. There's a 'turbo' on this that blasts more steam when you need it. The cord is long, so you have freedom to move as you work. All in toll, it takes much less time to use this than to wait for the Whirlpool vertical steramer, but the vertical steamer would still also dry damp clothes- I still want you to bring it back Whirlpool.

I've used other handheld steamers and this one is the best.
Love this steamer. The water reservoir is easy to fill and also has a big enough opening so that it can dry out completely after being emptied. I like the easy to reach steam boost button, which stays turbo once pressed until you press it again and it goes back to regular steam. The on/off regular steam switch has a slide option that can be moved for continuous steaming, which is nice. The attachment brush works well and really helps to gently get the steam into the clothing fibers for things like a wool blazer or pants. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised to like the steamer as much as I do and I think it is a very good value.

Forget Ironing
Works great! Steamed thirty shirts my ex wife never ironed. The steamer did the trick, almost as good as ironing. Two design flaws in my estimation, water vessel is a little small for longer jobs and you cannot dry the interior of the water vessel by hand. Otherwise a great product for anything wrinkled.

Not a good item
Doesn’t work well at all. It’s to big and bulky. It doesn’t get very hot
