clear good tasting water. fits in RV fridge door pocket
It works good. Tastes good.Make sure to put the blue insert in correctly. I couldn't get the cover to sit on right. I was ready to toss it. I took it back apart, and when I put it back together again the cover fit perfectly. I didn't realize there was a difference in the front and back top of the blue insert. Lesson learned. This fits perfectly in the door pocket of my RV, which is what I bought it for. You never know what's in the water at campgrounds, so this way I don't have to carry clean water, just a clean pitcher with a filter!

Clear clean water
I love this pitcher. For the price point it's been great. The lid has never popped off like other reviewers have stated. So simple to set up. I live in an area where the water smells wretched. Like exceeding amounts of chlorine or sulphur. I saw this pitcher and thought it'd be a better choice rather than adding things to all my faucets. The water fills up relatively quickly and tastes clean..no bad taste no smell. Best part is I use it to rinse my eyes since the faucet water was giving me steyes..yes multiple ones in each eye! Now with this and ocuclear foam to wash..all better. Best purchase I've made and ther was a coupon for filter refills

Works great! Looks great too - and filters quickly!
I love the look/design of this pitcher! I got the white one - it's blue inside - very good looking and elegant. It was to replace an older, bigger one that had gotten hard for dad to handle due to size and weight. It was also not as ergonomic - leaving a layer of water unfiltered above the filter. This newer design is super ergonomic - filters 100% of the water that goes in. And I love the fast filtering with the newer, shorter filters - get those. This one comes with one, so I'd get a set of 3-4 that pops up on the page as an add-on. Will be ordering those new filters.

Good filter
I bought two similar filter/pitchers, Brita and Pur, in April. Both are fine, although the water tastes a bit better from the Brita. The main reason I wanted to write a review is that I read some crazy reviews about these products: spouts not staying open when you pour water out, lids not staying up when you're putting water in, etc, and I can't see any way any of those things could happen. They function perfectly. The one legit issue was cracked pitcher on arrival, both brands. Easy replacement, both have worked fine with constant use for over 2 months.

The Best 7 cup water filtration system in Pur
We had the 11 cup pitcher and it was getting harder for me to lift, so bout the 7 cup, much easier to lift and it doesn’t take up as much room on counter. I store it right next to my coffee maker. Water purification is great and goes through filter much more quickly that the 11 cup did. Love design, slimmer, quality great.

Buy something else
It purifies great, the pitcher itself is fine but two stars knocked off because the lid leaks like crazy. You have to settle for a very tiny slow trickle of water for it to not leak all over your counter if you are pouring a glass of water. The reservoir is also too small. It takes forever to filter the water and also you need to fill it several times for thr Pitcher to be full. So the design over all is kind of terrible.
