Does it strip the good oils too ? using this everyday, daughter swims everyday is a not a good idea, right ?

Hello - While the Lifeguard Shampoo is a gentle clarifying shampoo it is still a clarifying product and so we do not recommend using it daily. I usually suggest using the shampoo for every other wash but using the conditioner for every wash. The conditioner is also amazing for removing chlorine and salt plus it is super hydrating. A little tip: try massaging the conditioner into the ends of hair (where the green really shows) and leave it on for 10 minutes. You will NOT believe your eyes.
