Keeping medication cool
This item comes with two ice packs and plenty of room for insulin, glp-1 meds, and any other medications that need to be kept cool. The inside temperature is easily seen on the outside of the pack and it stays cool all day. TSA legal and convenient. The only problem I have had is with the zipper closure as it has been a little hard to close.

Great product wish it worked for us
This item is fantastic. Unfortunately we needed to put more than one medication in it so we are returning it as another bigger one was our better option. If you need it for GPL1 injections it can fit about 3 of them but no vials if you need that too. Great product if smaller meds are needed. Not heavy and pretty and sturdy.

Great little case for traveling with medication
This travel case looks exactly like it does in the picture and came with everything it said it did in the description. I used this to fly with my injectable medication that needs to be refrigerated. The ice packs froze well and stayed cold enough to handle the 7-hour gap between leaving for the airport and placing it into the hotel fridge. There was no leaking, and I had no trouble getting through TSA with it. This is a great option for short-term travel and is reasonable for the price. I have only the slightest bit of dissatisfaction in that it does not fit a regular sized medication bottle without bulging, however if I were to remove my vial from the bottle, there would be no issues. Personally, I wanted the Rx label with my name on it to be present in case airport security had any questions. Ultimately the case fit my full medication bottle, a week's worth of individually wrapped syringes and alcohol wipes with some bulging but not enough to prevent zipping or take up too much space.Something for travelers with medication to consider, not every fridge I had on my trip had a freezer, so I was unable to freeze the packs prior to flying home. Regardless, I did not have an issue with the temperature of the medication by the time I arrived at my destination, even the refrigerated ice packs were able to maintain a decent cool temperature. I could see this as being a possibility for keeping food cold for short periods of time as well, however it doesn't have a great capacity as it is intended for medication. For the size it is, I would thing a small cooler or lunchbox would be more appropriate for food use, as this could fit only a few small snacks.

Worked Great to Carry insulin on our flight during vacation.
I purchased this cooler to travel via flight on a vacation for my boyfriend's father who has diabetes. The cooler was big enough to hold the insulin we took for a week and it kept it the correct temperature for the duration of our flight. It is very easy to use, it fit just fine in my personal carry bag.

Excellent Travel Companion
This was a great addition to pack in my carry-on for my medications. It was able to carry my vial of medicine (could have fit more, but only needed to bring on with), a few needles, disinfecting wipes, and bandaids. I will say that I brought it on a flight overseas and it was about 18 hours, and it did not keep the medication completely cooled. So, if your medication is one that needs to be chilled completely, this may not work for you for long travel days.It was easy to use, and came just as pictured. The colors are great! :)

Don’t have to worry.
Perfect for traveling. The best thing is the thermometer that has on the front. It tells you if needed to refreeze the ice packs. Love it. It arrived just in time for a weekend outing and work perfectly.Planning to travel this July and will take it with me on our outbound trip.

Short term chill
I took this through TSA (outside of my bag-just set it in the bin next to my other things) and had no problem, they didn’t even make me open it or question it. It was a nice carrying case for my injectable medication and supplies for a short trip. Only could fit a few insulin syringes & alcohol pads in and could not put vial in with the medicine bottle from pharmacy, that I like to carry in for more protection and with my prescription label on it. I carried the RX bottle separate JIC. I loved that it had the temp on the outside, so I could periodically check it. Unfortunately by the the time I got to my destination (12 hours because of delays) it was very warm. I had to pull my vial out, wrap in the ice pack (now flexible because it was warm) in order to pad/protect it from breaking and possibly getting too cold, and put it in my yeti water bottle with ice from one of the airport vendors to keep it cool the rest of the way to my destination. Wanted it to work so much, but in the end returned. Would probably be fine for a short 4-6hr trip. Definitely test before you need to travel, I went by some good reviews. :(
