It's basically plant based so it may take some time to show results but there are numerous other factors also that matters with this apple cider vinegar. It's beneficial for digestion and also there is no added sugar it it.All over it's really effective but rest factors are also important with it. Like - being productive all day. I having PCOS and yes I am having this in the morning before my yoga. Must try.
