Incredible vacuum.
I am SO happy with this vacuum! It’s well made, the vent being on the back is great, easy to reach power switch, having a blower will help so much with door tracks and no idea why people mention attachment quality. They’re no better or worse than any other vacuum and work great. And the washable cloth filer bags are a HUGE plus. Mine came with 9!Attached pics of the bottoms of the flat floor and carpet attachments because you can’t see them well in the ad. Love the flat floor raises with brushes or lowers without and can’t tell that the carpet has a brush roller… but it does. It’s comfortable to wear, doesn’t feel heavy and the waist support is nice and wide. Very impressed. Will be buying a second for my cleaning business.

Works very well
I am very satisfied with my purchase. Although it does not work well in tight closed spaces, because you bump into everything. Other than that it works very well I'm surprisingly pleased with it and would recommend it.

Still Going Strong After a Year – Great Vacuum with One Flaw
I’ve had this backpack vacuum for about a year now and it’s been a solid investment. It’s lightweight and super easy to carry around, which makes cleaning large areas or stairs way less of a hassle. The suction is still powerful after a year of use, and everything feels durable—no frayed wires, nothing broken (except one thing, which I’ll get to).I really like the retractable hose—it gives good reach and stores neatly. The only issue I had was with the rolling head attachment, which broke within the first couple of months. That was a bit of a letdown, but the vacuum itself still works great without it.Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, lightweight backpack vacuum with strong suction, this one’s a great choice. Just be aware the attachments might not be as tough as the vacuum itself.

A good little unit at a good price!
I am extremely happy with this purchase, these units come well appointed and I was pleasantly surprised. They seem to work quite well and have good suction and Power. And with all of the attachments, I can pretty much tackle most jobs with it. The HEPA filter works perfectly And that is always a good thing! I would recommend this little unit to anyone interested in buying a good backpack Hepa-vac that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! Lol.

I like the convenience but I hate it more and wish I would’ve returned it.
Pros- It’s super convenient having the backpack and it does a good enough job on solid floors. Cons- literally everything else. The attachment arm constantly falls off when using it. It is the most frustrating thing ever and makes me want to smash it! I have to hold the stick part of it because it is absolutely pointless to hold the handle, it will fall off every 10 seconds… literally every f****** 10’seconds. The brush attachment moves around in circles so much you have to go over the area (desk, dresser, chair etc) multiple times to get the spots it missed because it just flips around in circles. The carpet attachment doesn't do anything really. I tried for about 2 minutes, different angles and pressure to suck it up just a little piece of leaf and it did nothing. I’m not even sure how this is justified as a carpet attachment, it’s Pretty much useless. The attachments in the holster fall out every time i bend over, of even just move, so I don’t even bother putting them in anymore. The floor attachment…. Careful, this will 100% scratch your floors depending on what flooring you have. Overall this was a huge disappointment, I hate this thing and I wish I would’ve returned after the first use but I thought I’d just get used to it. If you’ve read this far and still considering buying one I’ll sell you mine for $100, you pay shipping. If this is what professionals are using to clean rugs and carpets I’d be pretty upset as a client.

Powerful. and overall value is excellent. **Edit a week later!
I'm a professional cleaner. Overall this vacuum is really good. It took a little adjusting to, but I've decided the adjustment in my routine is worth it. As a professional cleaner, I've established a routine of doing one room at a time (I used a higher end upright). This vacuum is best used doing an entire floor at a time. In this way, you can save a LOT of time. So much time, in fact, I'm raising my rates. It's very powerful, and its set up makes it so that once I put it on, I do a LOT less bending and reaching, and I can do all floors, baseboards, under beds, ceiling fans, window sills, blinds, hard to reach stuff, etc... MUCH easier. An upright, even the best ones, sometimes has the tendency to throw dirt while vacuuming, making it necessary to go over an area again. This vacuum doesn't do this. Plus, I can move really fast and it picks up everything the first swipe. The only thing I wish it had is an electric motorized carpet attachment. The carpet attachment spins by the power of the vacuum, rather than being self powered. In some ways, this is good because if you catch the edge of an expensive area rug, it simply stops, thereby preventing damage. So, it's a gentler vacuum on high end materials. However, it's not super great on standard living room carpet because it doesn't agitate very deeply. But my clients are all high end with mostly hard surface flooring, and they don't need deep agitation. Plus, some of my clients have woven carpets that can't have agitation at all, so again.. in this respect, it's the best tool for the job. The other thing that took a bit of getting used to was the fact that the vacuum is awkward when going up narrow stairs... as is the case for many homes in urban areas where the home has multiple floors, but is narrow. I found myself hitting the wall and leaving black marks on my clients paint from the vacuum. I've adjusted the way I move, and I think I'm figuring out how best practices. Another note... The vacuum can be set on the floor to do an area as the hose is long enough to do this. Overall, the vacuum is really a great design and very powerful. It just takes a little getting used to how you move when in smaller areas. It also looks cool. I like that the client can't see the dirt like the popular clear cannisters. No one needs to see that! Lol. ***EDIT: Cleaning out the bag makes this not worth it to me any longer. The bag hole is very narrow, which means NOTHING comes out by "shaking it." I have to grab the stuff by hand and pull it out. Everything I just picked up off a clients floor, ... I put my hands in!! YUCK!! But of course, my return window closed yesterday.
