Sauron Action Figure
Well made and highly detailed figurine.Slightly smaller than expected, should have read the dimensions correctly, my own fault.Smaller than the original 00's run of Lord of the Rings figurines and sets but still a nice piece.Well priced and shipped fast.The one point to make is this figurine is rear heavy due to the Cape and also has clumsy feet so displaying may require support or temporary adhesive fixers to hold in situ.Overall a great figurine and looks good in the cabinet.

My 15yr old son loved getting this for Christmas last year, he was very pleased with the size and quality, he doesn't like to take toys like this out the box though so I'm not sure on durability, he is a collector, he likes to collect toys for his display in his bedroom

I write this review based on my decades of consumer purchases through Amazon and as an honest top rated reviewer during such.I bought this for my grandson who has discovered LOTR.He asked for this figure as he tends to go for the bad guy in whatever his latest fad is.Joker in Batman. Octo in Spider-Man. EtcI was aware that the figure was supposed to be 5” tall,IF measured, the seller must have stretched the example or used a fisherman’s ruler.Moulded in a dirty gray plastic. Detail is non existent.The “ring” next to invisible.The hands are meant to come on off swap and are barely 2/3” in sizeGuess what will go missing?Overall a VERY EXPENSIVE, BADLY MADE, DETAIL FREE piece of absolute Tat that I would encourage no one to buyMore akin to a pound-shop type of item

Inaccurate
Attention to details is important when making geek stuff. For instance. Sauron should be wearing the ring. He isn't. Which means it must be Sauron as he was when he was hiding in barad-dûr, in which case he should be missing a finger. No ring, no missing finger. Who is this?So I know realistically these minor details don't matter. But as a huge fan, it matters to me. And just feels like a cheap cash grab made by people who don't care about the source material, only making something I'll open my wallet for. Loyal subjects tmnt line was great. But the lord of the rings line was such a disappointment

Flismy made materials (leg came off) & top heavy so falls over, but still looks awesome when posed.
I had to make a third party stand for the figure to lean against, but when posed it looks amazingly awesome. I think/feel like I am paying for the TLOTR brand name more than the quality of the figure.
