Q: Do these look the same from both sides? If I set one as intake and another as exhaust, will they look the same? Would like to see both sides.

yeah they do look the same and all the sides liglht up too. here is mine exhausting upwards.

Q: Is there a hub for these to control all of them if i were to have 3?

no you would use either a fan splitter or three fan headers on motherboard as all three fans are on one fan cable

Q: Can i control fan speed via software or bios instead of the supplied remote control? can i see exact speed of fan by pwm wired from controller to mb

I have and ASUS z490 motherboard and it can't control the fan but it can monitor it. But the asus uefi bios utility software can control it from windows 10 Pro.
