I just bought this unit and recived today when i turn it on it reaches temp then turns off how do i fix this

It has an accelerometer that will reduce the heat when no movement is detected. It should not turn of but just reduce the heat and heat back up very quickly when moved about again. You can look at the settings on a PC/Laptop with the USB cable and the app. Might update the firmware also.

You have to find a DC5525 male connector. Any plug will work so long as it is 12-24 volts. It also might be the same cord as a lap top charger.
