Do the pots or pans turn brown or difficult to clean after few months?

I have the entire set of this cookware including 2 of these 12 inch pans. I started with the 10 piece set in August of 2017, I continued to add to the collection until January of 2018. I use these every single day. They are beautiful and look just like new. A couple of tips: Do not cook above medium temp. With stainless steel and ceramic you will not need to. Allow pans to cool completely before washing. Wash with a soft sponge and hot sudsy water. Everything wipes away very easily. Do not put in dishwasher and only use silicone tools.

What are the correct oils/butter to use in this pan? Some recipes call for specific oils or butter. Will this ruin the pan?

Green pan says to avoid olive oil and spray oils, as they burn quickly. While researching pans a few reviewers did ruin pans. I have used evoo at lower temperatures as not to scorch it, and haven't damaged the pans.

Is this for induction dtove top?

Yes, we use these with our induction stovetop, they work great!

Ceramic coating chipped after 1 week

I bought Venice 7-piece pots and pan collection. I even bought silicone utensil set to use with it and soft non scratch sponge to use but after only a week (cooking in the pot only twice) the ceramic coating chipped off.
