Better Than O’Keeffe’s?! Believe It. Soft, Smooth Feet (and Hands!) in Day
I’ve tried countless foot creams over the years — from pharmacy staples to overhyped “miracle” balms — and I can confidently say this one actually works.I bought it mainly for my heels, which were getting rough from walking barefoot around the house all summer. After just a few days of using this cream, the difference was honestly shocking. My feet felt softer, smoother, and even the tougher calluses were visibly improved. The 40% urea content combined with salicylic acid means it’s not just a surface-level moisturizer. It exfoliates and deeply hydrates, getting rid of dry patches and keeping the skin feeling comfortable for longer. No greasy residue either — it sinks in nicely.💡 Unexpected bonus:I tried it on my hands just out of curiosity (they’re usually dry and cracked from cleaning and gardening) and… wow. Better results than O’Keeffe’s, which I had sworn by before. My skin stayed moisturised without needing constant reapplication.✅ Smells mild and fresh.✅ A little goes a long way.✅ Works fast and delivers noticeable results.Whether you’ve got dry, cracked heels, stubborn calluses, or just want baby-soft feet again — this cream actually delivers. And if you’ve been disappointed by other “intensive” creams, give this one a go. You might be surprised like I was.

Highly Nourishing but Hard to Blend
The Urea Cream 40% with 2% Salicylic Acid is a lifesaver, especially in winter! It provides deep nourishment, leaving my skin soft, hydrated, and smooth, even on rough, calloused areas. The added hyaluronic acid, tea tree, and aloe vera make it even more soothing. The only downside is that it’s very difficult to blend into the skin—it takes some effort to absorb fully. However, since it works so well at moisturizing and softening, I’m still using it regularly. on second bottle now.Overall, if you need intense hydration and callus care, this is a great choice despite the thick texture. Would recommend!

I really like it
Ok so reviewing this. I have dry feet and dry palms, very hard rock feet, that is dry. Everytime i do pedicures, after two days it returns to looking really dry, peeling, and not moisturised. I saw a video on TikTok saying to try urea cream, and i personally decided to try this. Its been two weeks, i use it twice a day after shower. Just on my hands and feet, i don’t really care about rubbing it too much, i just rub and put my socks on immediately. For my hands i just rub it in and go about my day. My palms use to have a deep white cracked line, that shows how dry they are, and they become painful, even in between the skin of thump amd index finger, just the hollow that travels down your thumb, that area hurts if i try massage lotion on it, cause its dry. I have seen ALOT of changes using thia cream. I made a last minute decision to write a review and i couldn’t take a photo of my feet, but this has been working great for me. My hands and feet are softer, even after i wash them with soap, they feel soft and more moisturised, i am amazed. I told everyone at work about it and i have been feeling confident shaking people. A bit pricey, but i am going to keep buying this every month because i like it. I honestly would recommend a 100%. Use a little amount, not much, apply consistently and take your mind off it, you would be amazed. I only use it once after shower(be it morning or night), the rest of the day i just use a hand cream. It smells ok, mild scent, its not off putting.
