Can I take this as a carry-on in a plane?

It doesn’t hold a lot but I had all my important stuff, cash, passport, debit card, phone. All within easy reach & close to my body. Wearing bad on my front and strap to my back. Leaving my hands free to handle luggage and other stuff. I didn’t mean to but I still had it on after I strapped on seat belt. It was a easy for me to get in and out and was so comfortable I didn’t I still had attached to me.
