Excellent supplement

Excellent choice for supplement. Able to stop some other vitamins because of ingredients in Ensure. Perfect for making smoothies with frozen fruit plus milk and ice cream. Perfect as alternative when unable to tolerate solid food.

Miracle Juice!!

Ensure has changed my life! I have been recovering from a stroke and my doctor encouraged me to drink Ensure daily. I HATE milk and just the thought of drinking it made me gag. I resisted for a couple of months. I had no energy, I could barely walk and I felt bad and depressed all the time. My husband begged me to give it a try. I thought back to my long ago college days when we would do shots. At that point it occurred to me I could probably drink anything! I gave it a try and didn’t like it. I continued to drink one or two a day and after about a week I developed a taste for the chocolate ones. I even looked forward to having one in the evening. I now have energy and I feel motivated.
