These pans are not that light weight metal. So far, easy to clean as long as you follow directions for these pan's use.

I can't say enough how much I love this set! They are so easy to cook with and clean. Stainless steel quality is good especially for the price. Sizes are good- I do wish there was one smaller frying pan for a single egg or two but the smallest saucepan is perfect! Heats evenly and the handle stays cool. definitely use an oil or your food will stick but that's obvious. very functional. Would purchase again if I ever needed too! Love my pots and pans!
