Not what I needed exactly
The call quality on this phone is very good. It looks just like the picture. It’s a phone, so not hard to understand how to use it.The only problem I had was not being able to adjust the ringer volume or the speaker volume. I bought this for a small business and I could not get the speaker loud enough to hear the customers and when the phone rang it was so loud I about jumped out of my skin.I ended up getting a new phone. I may see if anyone needs a loud ringing phone. For the price, I can’t complain.

Cheap
Of course I should have known that at this price I was not getting a great product, but this one is so cheap that I am advising you not to buy it. Very light-weight; base sticks to receiver when you try to lift the receiver from the base; poor sound quality; AWFUL ring-tone that can't be lowered or turned off.

Inexpensive
But missing hold feature where press button once. On this have to keep button depressed to hold. Very inconvenient
