Are these made in germany? the product description says, “produced in the spirit of spiegelau”...this makes me think they are knock-offs/fake.

Why the picture shows 5 (five) glasses but the kit it's only of 4 (four)?

This company makes those 5 glasses that were designed by brewers for specific types of beers. This particular set only has 4 of those 5 glasses. If you search you can find another set with a different set of 4 glasses. You can also get each glass individually. I really like these.
