Not as good. The minced garlic has very long shelf life in refrigerator. It’s an excellent replacement for fresh garlic. 1/2 teaspoon for 1 clove of garlic. No brainer Hope this helps

Where does your garlic come from? is it made in china by prisoners using their teeth to peel as i have read?
