It worked!
When we open the box we were concerned it was not going to work as it looked a little different than the original we removed from the furnace. It did fit in the space and has been working since installed. We received it earlier than expected. It is not as loud as the previous one which is nice. We are pleased with the outcome. Would recommend. Thanks.

Blower motor was defective. Was only issued a partial refund for defective part.
I ordered this blower motor for my furnace. Product came and was installed. Product was defective and did not function. I returned the motor through Amazon with the notes that the item was defective. Was only partially refunded by distributor. Am not pleased with how i was treaded by distributor when trying to obtain refund

Not cold anymore
Let me tell you. We lost the motor in our heater, and it was -20. We had no heat. No fun at all. This motor showed up faster then we thought. Thank you for fast delivery!!! Heater is all fixed.

NOT - REPEAT - NOT AS PICTURED
I will start by saying I WAS able to make this motor work (because I didn't have a choice, it being 1:00 AM and below freezing outside when the old one, that was dying when I ordered this one, completed it's death spiral and quit completely). At least this replacement had arrived earlier that day, so I had something. So here's the thing - the old one is JUST AS CURRENTLY PICTURED, with three mounting "tabs" or "brackets" attached to motor. These "brackets then contact the mounting ring/bracket. The old one had the 12 potential through-bolt locations in the motor housing, which allows the three mounting tabs to be spaced evenly around it. That is what was there currently and what I thought I purchased based on the pictures. What showed up was not that at all. It was an updated design, with only four through-bolts, so there was no way three mounting tabs were going to be able to attach to it in the same way as the original..So I was stuck. This was the motor I had in my hand. There weren't lots of options (again 1:00 AM and temperature dropping already below freezing) to figure out a work-around. I was eventually able to figure it out shim the new one and get it installed, but to be blunt, I shouldn't have needed to.If I wanted the style motor that I received, I could have gotten that for about $50 less right here on Amazon. Instead, I made a choice to pay more so it would be no questions asked, plug-and-play, drop-in replacement. I feel more than a little cheated by an Amazon ad that is either intentional failure to disclose or lack of effort to update description. Either way, I didn't get what I paid for, and if I hadn't had a proverbial gun to my head I'd have sent that thing back for a refund.Sorry for the rant - thought potential buyers should know to avoid similar disappointment/frustration.

Works well and price right!!!
I wanted to wait a while for the review of this motor, and after a few months of it being installed. It works very well. No problem with sound it's very quiet. And the price is a great price. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a heater blower motor.

It works, but...
I received this today 5 days early. As mentioned in other reviews, what was in the box is different than the picture. They have a capacitor attached to the side of the housing, the wiring is 2 wires instead of the wire shown, and the shaft is 2 to 3 inches longer than the one it's replacing. In spite of all that, I was able to replace my dead firewood stove blower motor with the new one, and it's moving an impressive amount of air. Hopefully it lasts 26 years like the one it replaced
