I purchased a Cobalance wine cooler (stainless steel model) on August 13, 2023 from Amazon. Then on December 30, 2024 this wine cooler started to run for only 4 seconds, then switches off. Obviously, that’s not nearly enough time to cool and keep cool a wine bottle.Normally, I expect a least 10 to 15 years of service for home electronic products.I emailed Cobalance service department, and got no response.Doesn’t last, is not durable.

It's important to read all of the description and directions for this one! This will not chill a warm bottle in a quick manner, but if you put a pre-chilled bottle in it AFTER opening, it works great for red wine. It is open at the top and doesn't cover the entire bottle, so I would be hesitant to even try it with a full bottle or a bottle of white wine, but for keeping an open bottle of red cool, it does just what I wanted. The fridge is too cold for reds, but I will definitely continue keeping my whites there instead.I also really like that it says there is a year warranty, but they offered an extra six months for signing up on their website... BUT it's pretty impossible to reach anyone and there is absolutely no link or info about warranties on the site, so I am not at all confident about getting a response if I ever do need to use the warranty. Fingers crossed that it keeps working!

Hello unfortunately the stainless steel cooler i purchased dec 14th for my mom for christmas has stopped working. The light comes on the actual cord but the screen isn't turning on. You were great to work with on my other one that had issues. I look forward to hearing from you.

Love the wine cooler and used with great performance. Got the red wine cold and kept it cold during all dinner. Looks great and fits well with the bar! A most have with a company that gives great customer support and help. I had an issue during a dinner with my white wine and the customer support help me to have my whites cold!!! Very easy to use! It can not only cool down wine but also drinks. Drinks can cool down quickly if placed inside. Good enough to replace an ice bucket!
