I can not drink wine without these. Takes away, flush, congestion and headache. I wish they made a bigger bottle.

I took one tablet before having a craft brew. It did keep me from getting a red, hot face, but it made me nauseous. That lasted about two hours. I had not eaten anything before, but eating after did not help. I'll try it again with food in my stomach and update when i do.

So I've tried giving this a solid try but I kept getting sharp brain pains & headaches lasting all day including muscle weakness. I thought it was all due to my histamine intolerance. This stuff is supposed to really help with histamine so I didn't think it was this causing it. I was starting my second bottle before I put 2&2 together & my nutritionist said stop taking it immediately! The "other" ingredients specifically microcrystalline is absolutely horrible for histamine intolerance & mcas!!! as soon as I stopped taking it within 24 hrs brain pain & headaches & muscle weakness completely went away. It's unfortunate that all of their products have microcrystalline. An expensive wine histamine block that has an ingredient that causes mcas & histamine symptoms.

First off, I appreciate that this item comes in a tube that fits easily into my purse. I appreciate that the ingredients are natural, I do not notice the smell and considering you get 20 capsules it seems to be a good deal for the price.I tend to have a lot of headaches and skin blushing issues every time I hang out with friends and drink, so I’ve been taking this to try to help with what I think is a histamine reaction to the alcohol.I do like that it seems effective against my blushing.So far, I have not noticed a major difference, but I have only used it twice, and I seem to still get the same type of headache- but my blushing seems better.Since I am entirely unsure whether or not my reaction is really due to histamine, this might not be the supplement for me. I do not notice a change in my energy level or in my hangovers, which are always slight the following day.I will continue to take it a few more times, and if I’m still getting headaches, I will gift it to a friend. The quality seems to be good, and if this ends up working, I will repurchase.

I have used the regular Diem DAO for years. This HD version is a lifesaver for dinner out with drinks. It works quickly and at a 50% higher dose is very effective. I carry it at all times in my purse. The tube is very handy.

Product arrived as described. These capsules are easy to use and swallow. I used to help reduce histamine release, and didn't notice any crazy side effects. Overall, these are a good value.

Best by 2/27, almost 2 years out.I thought these were tablets from the style of the tube but they are indeed capsules. The company seems sketchy(undisclosed 3rd party testing??). I got these to possibly help with histamine intolerance and autoimmune issues but they didn’t help me. Maybe they’re only for drinking?? The description is misleading/confusing as to their actual usage. No I wouldn’t recommend.

This supplement has been a real game changer with my hangover symptoms. It is basically digestive enzymes that can help with the histamine in certain types of alcohols. The capsules are not too large and it is recommended to take 1 or 2 before consuming alcohol. I took one to start out before a night of drinking and noticed that I was less tired and had no headache. Also seems to be very easy on my stomach. I like the fact that there is not much of a flavor to it and no uncomfortable burps.
