Service support is good. But the product needs to be improved
The media could not be loaded. After half a year, the balloon began to leak. I put it under the car seat and then saw that there was liquid visible on the bottle itself.

Thankfully, I haven't had to use it, yet! The style and shape and look are nice. I don't really have a convenient place to install in my car. The driver side is the most practical storage area. It fits, however goofy.

Catastrophic failure
Catastrophic Failure!I bought this item to go in the trunk of my car. I live in California and so far this year we haven't had a day hotter than 102. I started to notice a funny smell coming from my trunk where I keep water bottles that I drink everyday at work. The fire extinguisher failed all the way around the rim where the sprayer connects to the bottle and all of its contents were discharged into my trunk. The safety for the trigger is still intact and the trigger was never depressed. Considering I drink the water from my trunk everyday and the water has never been as hot as a cup of tea, it's pretty disappointing that a fire extinguisher that's made to be in hot places would fail at such a low temperature. Don't buy it
