This pearl necklace was going to be a gift for my boyfriend, but I ended up keeping it for myself. This pearl necklace is marketed toward men, but I love the touches of stainless steel and wear it with my every day outfits of jeans and t-shirts to add a touch of fancy. I love the idea of man-made pearls or manufactured shell pearls. This necklace has the sheen and feel of pearls, but all of the beads are perfectly uniform and look beautiful together. The necklace is strung on stainless steel and I don't worry about getting wet or sweaty while wearing the necklace, which is wonderful! The chain is adjustable from 20-22 inches based on where you clasp it in the back.This pearl necklace is man-made and much more affordable than real pearls, but much higher quality than the faux/plastic pearls. I love the look and feel and everyone thinks they are real. The necklace has a great industrial vibe and I love the contrast between the soft sheen of the pearls and the harder metallic accents. The pearl necklace comes in a drawstring bag to help you store it safely when you aren't wearing it. They recommend polishing it regularly with a soft dry cloth. I usually use one of the little buffing cloths I have received over the years with other jewelry and the necklace still looks great! I think any man or woman would love to wear this urban pearl necklace. It makes a great gift - just make sure you grab one of yourself at the same time!
