The headband (and snakes) are made from a flexible plastic, which I found to be very comfortable on my head. It stayed in place very well considering the headress is so large. It is not so flexible that you would be able to reshape the snakes, though. The back of the headpiece is open or unfinished, but that did not matter at all to me. I was very happy with the price I paid, and I would say it's value was worth more than the $5.

I got this headband and spray painted it silver because I wasn't a huge fan of the dull bronze look. It looked stunning with the silver paint, like it was made out of metal. It's actually a nice flexible material, no hard uncomfortable plastic like I had expected. Super happy with this purchase and I'll be wearing it next Halloween too.

I bough this head band and matching costume for my girlfriend on Halloween, but the real treat was our breakup during the party. The headband held up well under the stresses of her dancing, excessive drinking, and freaking-out over the story my roommate told! She didn't complain about the comfort of the band once, but did complain about how I no longer cared for her. It fits small heads best, including my ex's vacuous one. Value for the product was fairly good since she did use a picture I took of her wearing the costume as here new dating profile picture on Hinge. Overall rating: 4/5; would not date again.

Brown coloring very crappy quality. Its cheap plastic and a ugly brown color i had to paint it to have it match my costume. Not worth 20$ i had to make my own arts and craft.

Cheaply made and flimsy. Couldn’t really tell that they were snakes.

I bought a Medusa costume from Walmart for a party, but I didn’t like the crown/headband that came with it. This one was cuter to me and less bulky. I got a lot of compliments and it came in good time also. It did slide off my head a couple times but that didn’t bother me.
