Q: What is the maximum current this cable supports? I'm after something that'll cope with 10A.

It's a signal cable designed to take the low power signal (mA and mV) from a microphone to a mixing desk or amplifier, if you put something in the region of 10A through it you will quickly find it doubles up as a very effective single use heater, possibly with an authentic 'real flame effect'!

Q: Does this cable fit into a 3.5mm standard jack of a laptop?

Hi thereNo this cable is designed for Microphone to Mixer applications.You can use and adapter to change the Jack plug down to a Mini Jack but there may still be undesirable alterations to the sound quality.Kind regards Tak @ Rattle and Drum

This is an XLR cable, it is used to connect a microphone or DI box to a PA mixing desk or to connect for instance a mixing desk to an amplifier. From your question I am unsure what your application is, it sounds like you need an RCA lead? Please clarify what you are looking to connect and to what and I'll try to help.
