Great for liver

These are large 'softgel' type capsules so despite their size are relatively easy to swallow compared to hard formed tablets. The dose is good, providing 250mg of choline per tablet, or around 45% of your Recommend Daily Amount (RDA). The bottle is well sealed (perhaps a bit too much), being both wrapped in heat-shrink plastic as well as being fitted with an anti-tamper foil seal under the lid. Its hard to be sure of quality or efficacy without lab testing but I believe this brand has a reasonable reputation. The screw cap lid is easy to undo without issue. The price is perhaps a little on the expensive side, but I'm willing to pay a little more for a known and longstanding brand.

Supports me and they work well. Solgar are a good brand and these appear to be consistant quality.

good addition to your health plan.. only gripe is too much extra plastic packaging around the bottle.. i care about our planet and i feel sick to think where will this plastic outer layer end up in an ocean somewhere?? please remove this layer of plastic so I can enjoy buyingmore bottles without feeling guilty ..
