Great dirt trapper for when the big dogs come home after a muddy walk, traps the mud and dirt into the runner, I leave the mud to dry and then hoover and added benefits of being able to machine wash is fantastic.

This is by far the best carpet runner I have ever purchased. Unlike the others I have brought it is sturdy and rigid - so sturdy I was able to use it as part if an elaborate trap against my wife (who has now crawled out of the hole). It's durable and looks smart, it stays firm on the carpet so no need to constantly re-adjust. One word of caution, unlike the last carpet I had this one will not hold flight for any great length of time, in fact not a tall. I launched this little gem for a test flight from the bedroom window but fell straight down. I was fine apart from a bruised ego and sense of some disappointment but I guess it's as they say - you get what you pay for and as a carpet runner this is great value. Aladdin

TrendMakers Dirt Stopper Carpet Runner.I'm more than happy with the door runner. It's perfect for the winter months. The price was also excellent value. Delivery was super quick despite it not being on Amazon Prime. I would definitely purchase another if needed.

Arrived the next day, packaged well. I have had this type of mat before & ordered it again as they are very practical, but this is a much better price by far than highstreet shops; especially for busy households & if you have pets. It doesn't slip or slide on wooden, hard flooring & stays in place on carpet too. It collects virtually all mess from shoes & bikes, paw prints, pushchair wheels etc. It absorbs water if it's wet outside. Because of the colour it doesn't show up marks or stains, if it becomes a bit flat over time they are easy to clean with a carpet cleaner or with the spray on cleaner & clean with a hoover, using the head with the brissels out. Quite heavy & not flimsy at all, my last one lasted years.

I can't give too much of a detailed review because I only put these mats down yesterday. My husband has recently fitted a new kitchen for us and I really wanted to keep the original flooring because the original tiles are such good quality but we were left with a concrete part at either end of the kitchen where the tiles did not reach to. Anyway, after measuring up I decided to purchase these mats because I thought they'd cover the concrete part and still look good. So pleased I did it! As you'll be able to see from my pictures I have cut the mats to fit into the doorway parts of the kitchen and they look great! I did put some rug sticker type stuff underneath them both so they didn't move but to be honest I don't really think these mats needed it (I added the rug sticker because I'd bought it for this purpose but if I hadn't have already had it then it would have been ok). The dog has been going in and out of the garden and they seem to be doing exactly what they should be and collecting the little bits he has on his feet. So pleased with them and they look good too!
