Can i use a wax burner?

Yes you can use an electric wax burner, but for the best results try to buy a bakhoor electric burner.

How much amount is used and how is it cut?

I have to use gloves for it. Its quite strong and the smell even stays on your fingertips. I have used as little as a pinch to 1 cube to 3. 1 cube can last around 12 hours if added bit by bit. I normally add abit of the previous one i used as it is dry and sand like, and use it to crumble the new cube. This extends the usage and helps crumble it to dust. Hope this helps.

this price is confusing ive paid more is it the whole box as shown or on packet ie one block

It's one slab that breaks into 9 portioned tabs, that slab is wrapped to keep fresh and boxed to minimise crumbling and make it look nice.

Difficulty lighting it up as it’s very moist. Any advice?

How are you trying to light it? I sprinkle a little bit over a lit charcoal and have had no problems with it not burning.
