MicroplaneGourmet Fine Grater

Very fine grater & very sharp does the job without too much effort.

Good quality product but it grates very finely (as clearly advertised). Think a coarse one would be more useful to me. My mistake.

Without doubt the best grater I have ever used. Delightful for zesting, parmesan, garlic, you name it! Easy to clean, very even and fine results. Couldn't recommend more highly

With arthritic hands needed a fine grater which I could easily use without any compromise and this delivers so very pleased.

The grater is very good but not quite as sharp as I remember it being last time I bought it. Still an excellent grater that can handle ginger etc.

Microplane are worth the premium, they are razor sharp and grate a large quantity with minimal effort vs cheaper alternatives.The coarser grater is better for grating hard cheese over food, this extra fine one is more suited to zesting or if you like powdery parmesan.

Expansive but grate (pun was intentional). Need you ginger or garlic small and grated then this is for you. We even use it for cheese. Just buy it, you've found yourself here reading reviews and the only reason you are worried is that its slightly too expensive for what it is. But think of it like something you will keep for a long time
