Very good quality; good instructional page.
See headline. I would buy again for other family members.

Simple improvement makes this so much better than plain stretching ropes and bands
I first used this product at physical therapy after tearing a few ligaments in my ankle - and I love it. I'm a runner with terrible flexibility and after 3 months of PT and using this product both at therapy and at home I can touch my toes for the first time since I was a small child. The simple genius of this strap is the "beads" that run along the ends. To get a really good stretch - the kind that hurts a little and will actually increase your range of motion - requires quite a bit of force. In the past I've used yoga style stretching straps and a rope product that I thought were fine, but I didn't realize how poor they were until I used this product. The beads on this strap not only allow you to get a really good grip on the rope that won't slide as you pull into the stretch but they also are a great way to measure your progress (e.g. yesterday I was on the second bead for my hamstring stretch today I'm going to see if I can do it using the third bead).I have to say if I hadn't first used this product at PT I don't think I would have paid this much for a stretching product but since I had used it first and knew what a great product it is I had no reservations about the price. The product is incredibly study and well made. At PT these straps are used all day long and seem no worse for the wear.

It works 100%
I bought the Medi-Dyne StretchRite for my wife who HAD plantar fasciitis. She follows the instructions in the user's guide and has been stretching every morning for around 2 months. Despite the fact that she jogs every day and does not have any other treatments nor visit the doctor, the plantar fasciitis is now gone. The product is strong and very well designed. At first I thought a belt would do the job but finally decided to purchase the StretchRite. It works great. The handle knobs are easy to hold and your hands will not get hurt when stretching. This is a purpose-built tool and worth the money.

Nice One-of-a-Kind Tool - Little Over-Priced
This is exactly what I was looking for, and it's the only one out there.I searched Amazon and Google and this was the only one of it's kind.It works great, but, I took away one star for the price, it could have been a little cheaper.Other than that.... I highly recommend this product.

Not Everyone Can Touch Their Toes. But They Still Need to Stretch Too!
I'm getting up there in years, actually past retirement. But I still do hard physical work. I pay for it if I don't prepare. I pay for it if I don't stretch. Sure, "motion is the lotion," but one has to grease the machine. I have a collection of these devices. I keep them in my luggage, my place of work and at home. They have been a true life saver for me and keep me in the game of life. Simple and easy!

Love it!
I’m currently going through physical therapy for frozen shoulder (both shoulders). My instructor had me using a towel for this stretch… I bought this instead and it works so well! It’s light weight, smooth (so it glides down my back easily) and my fingers fit through the slits giving me the perfect hold. This is light weight and fits easily into my back pack. I take it to work daily to get my PT stretches in.

Perfect! Just like the one my PT uses!
I love this item! I get so much benefit from it during my PT sessions. This item is just like the one at the PT office. Durable and multi-functional. It works perfectly!

Medi Dyne StretchRite
It seems to be a good product. Being very flexible already (I work at it) it is of not much use to me, but if you have trouble in that arena, I would recomend it.
