I REALLY LIKE THESE PENS. THEY WRITE SMOOTH AND DO NOT SKIP. I HAD RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER AND 3 OUT OF THE PACK WERE CRUSHED . I PLACED A DAMAGE REPORT WITH AMAZON AND THEY EMAILED ME A RETURN LABEL TO RETURN THE DAMAGED ORDER AND ALSO REPLACED THE ENTIRE ORDER WITH A NEW SET OF PENS.
