If you care for Neonatal or pediatric patients and need to know medications this is it! Buy it now! It's like a med bible for Dr and nurses. The Organization is great- can look up by medication or by use. Highly recommend

The book is soft cover, the quality of the pages are superb, they do not appear like they will be easily torn. However, if you're going to use this book often, then I would suggest putting on a plastic cover to protect it from wear and tear, considering it's soft cover.Also, the code allows you acces to the book on the Elsevier's website.

'Been using the older editions of this book and they have been very helpful in my clinical practice. It's about time I got a new one.
