The media could not be loaded. Set up was straight forward. Just make sure to tighten up any other loose nuts. Good quality. Especially for the price, you can’t beat it. We’ll see in the coming months if it holds up. Oh, and make sure to split the pins with the appropriate tool for the wheels (4) . They will Continue to fall Off If You don’t .

This has made my job so much easier I run a logistics business and I use it daily it’s so roomy I able to transport way more than I could with my old dolly looks just like the picture fast delivery great customer service.

Got this dolly because the Magliner is twice the cost, but this dolly is twice as heavy. Very sturdy steel dolly. I'm 5 years in and went though 2 sets of air tires. Then bearings fell out from the caster wheels. I couldn't find replacements at Home Depot or Lowes so I checked Amazon. I bought the Magliner 131020 caster wheels. They fit but are a little loose. I might need a rubber washer or gasket with a 1" hole to take up the space. The bolt hole is about 1/4 inch further from the base (why I need the washer), which works but is a little loose. The rod is also smaller so it fits in the pipe but better than too large.Other than that this dolly is solid and should last me many more years.

Decent product. Would suggest swapping out the air filled wheels for the solid rubber ones but other than that it’s a solid dolly
