How much weight can this item support ?

I am 245 lbs and it can support me no problem. The key is to relax once on it. It may give in a little on the lowest level when laying back on it but once you are all the way down flat, relax and allow it to push against your back and it will support a large amount of weight. If you fight it or if you are tense it will give in. So remember to relax and allow the device to push up against your back. On the second and third levels it is very ridged and will support well over 300 lbs. if the acupuncture nodes are too much for you put a blanket or soft towel over it and it will do wonders.
