Pens fit inside? The sizing is confusing. Please confirm regular pens fit inside

Most pens should fit inside. The pouch expands a little bit, but to be safe I would try to get smaller pens or ones that don't come with caps. I use Zebra F-301 pens and they fit fine.

What's the difference between the 2 pouches?

Large 1 has Velcro front only Large 2 has Velcro/pocket front I do not put my tools outside of pouch so I have large 1 love it
