Too soon to tell of its effects. However, I like how small the tablets are and the fact it is one per day.

Great price on iodine supplement. Blood test showed low levels (I don't consume any salt, where most Americans get their iodine). Other brands have too much or too little. Easy to swallow pills, one a day.
