Sony really deliver what it promise.. i like this headphone, everything is wonderful.One more point I’d like to highlight: it is disappointing that Amazon.ae relies on a delivery service like Naqel Express. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been among the worst I’ve ever had. I think i have to seriously reconsider ordering from Amazon.ae if it continues to use this company for deliveries.

ive been using it for like 2-3 weeks for 7+ hours each week and the charge has only gone down to 60%.It’s really good, wireless, lightweight, comfortable, and easy to clean. The volume is clear and would recommend. It is 100% worth your money

Amazing sound and ANc , comfortable fir those like over the ear cups ,but as for the issue was ambient sound not that much good , i hardly hear my voice during calls 📞 although the ambient mode is active...

Good sound quality

When I opened and held the headphones, they felt different—much lighter than the ones I checked out in the store before purchasing on Amazon. The plastic material seemed cheap in comparison. I wasn't happy with the item. Then we tested the sound. When my husband put them on and played music, I could clearly hear it, even loudly, from outside the headphones. With the store-bought (original) pair, the sound was barely noticeable from the outside. So, we decided to return the Amazon pair and request a refund. That same day, we bought the headphones in-store, and you can definitely tell the difference between the two.

Good item

i was not ok using in ear buds for long time so i just bought this one but it is indeed comfortable lightweight and good looking with many features and too my surprise its sounding excellent and sound connect app is even more amazing for tweaking and customisation features and i am enjoying eq as it make pop and phonk sound better if you can customise well

good for the price...its light weight and has amazing battery life. But if you have AirPods dont get them i have airpods and i basically never use these. thought the noise cancelation would be way better but it really isnt top notch.
