I am even more surprised.She asks to push red button below unit. I do so. Motors starts running again. I am shocked!She says it got overloaded. I am thankful to her. But mad at my family.She says it's always a pleasure to be able to help. I am shell shocked!I feel ashamed. I go back online. I delete negative review. I type a good one.You get the gist, right?
