Don't do it. Does not work.
Did not help me go to sleep. Not even a little bit. And I tried to double dose the next night, NOTHING. Wasted my money. Has a weird after taste too.

These gummies will help get you to sleep but they certainly won't help keep you asleep. And after a while, they become progressively less effective. That's been my experience with them anyway, after going through two bottles of the stuff.
