does calm me down and helps me to sleep a little bit longer but when i took for 14 consecutively i had weird side effects in my nose it was give me bloody boogers lol sorry to be gross . so i dropped it to 2 or 3 times a week and thats alot better

Bought these for my husband to relax a little due to him owning his own business he is always stressed on edge so after seeing Dana white using a product like this i decided to buy them and have my husband try them and they definitely do work and make you less stressed and more relax because they make you extremely tired. I wouldn’t recommend using at the start of your day. Using them before bedtime i personally think is the way to go or your going to be sleeping and not making it through your work day. I bought the 200mg chewable the taste is fine and it came with 50 tablets for $8.99 so I’m not saying the quality is bad I I just don’t think this is for everyone during the day . Oh and lastly I forgot to mention the chewable tablet is a bit on the bigger side and a little chalky. Think of a tums but a little bigger but the shape and texture is the same.
