Hitachi 2 Ton Class 3 Star ice Clean Xpandable Plus Inverter Split AC (100% Copper, Dust Filter, iZen 3400FXL, R32-RAS.G324PCAISF, Dual Gold)

The media could not be loaded. After using 15 days- This real 2-ton capacity ac works like a charm. Cools down 225sq. Ft. top floor room/mini hall exposed from every side with sunlight from morning to evening, the inside room temp. rises 39 degrees when the room is not in use. Outside temp. has gone 44 degrees highest till now. Within 20 minutes the temperature is brought down considerably. The air throw of this ac is also very good. Never felt to go beyond 3-4 levels of air level. Also, the flaps of the ac are designed such that the air is thrown directly below the ac as well as far front of the room. And since this is a 2-ton ac the power consumption will not be low like a 1.5-ton 5-star ac. It can never be. But when you have to save power just set the temp. 27 and fan speed to auto and press the eco button. It will consume just 660-670 watts. If there is fluctuation install a stabilizer. My area has stable electricity so no stabilizer is installed. Also, it has a very high moisture removal about 2-2.5l per hour. It's an equally good alternative to Daikin 2.02 ton ac which costs 13k rs extra than this. I bought it for rs 49900. Guys don't hesitate in buying this Hitachi ac. I am using Hitachi First time and I am satisfied. I am using lg and Daikin 1.5-ton acs. The indoor unit of this ac is bigger and wider than the above-mentioned acs. The remote is also very responsive.

I am using this Air conditioner since last one year. My drawing room is apprx 230sq ft and is east facing, two walls are exposed to direct sun light, however the roof is comparatively cooler as it has one floor above it. The performance of the ac is excellent and it cools the room quite quickly. Noise level is also with in normal limits. It is true 2.0 ton ac unlike other popular brands who claim 1.75 ton to 1.80 ton ac as the 2.0 ton. I would have appreciated had the ac equipped with digital concealed display, otherwise no regrets. Servicing of the ac was done as per the schedule by the Hitachi authorised person. Value for money product.

Worst decision ever taken to buy this AC. First of all this AC's sensor module is damaged shut off's automatically after 20 mins and when raised complaint for it their service provider are so arrogant and are not responsive at all. Even though they come on time but instead of providing solution they just close complaint immediately after taking sign. So I recommend if you can go for another company's appliance in this category.

The product is great, nice cooling for big area and very less electricity bill. Installation was also done very quickly. the five start is just for the product.However the seller is not great. First they deliver the product with a delay and second they promised me that the installation charges will be bear by them (seller). till now there has been no refund and there is no response to the call as well. I bought it from SANGAM ELECTRONIC. if you are also going for this seller, be careful!

The customer care number person was unable to speak clearly and provide clear instructions for product registration. The website also has a missing product registration page. There are 1000s of ACs listed in the drop down menu and no way to search for our exact model, so we had to scroll for 20 minutes to locate it. The installation person who came also charged a lot of money to install, which we did not expect.

Dont buy Hitachi AC at all. If you wants to wastage your time..you will.The main problem is regarding AC turn off. The flap is not closing immidiately like other brand it will take 3 to 5 minutes to close the flap fully.Installation was very bad. Installation guy have lack of experience and don't have proper tool to bend the copper pipes.
